WASHINGTON, D.C. - U.S. Senator Susan Collins is pleased to announce that Ted Stern will be working as an intern in her D.C. office this summer. Prior to his internship in D.C., Ted interned in Senator Collins’ Portland Constituent Service Center.
“I am excited that Ted will once again be working with my staff to serve the people of Maine,” Senator Collins said. “Ted has proven himself to be a hardworking and dedicated student, and I am delighted he will have the unique opportunity to become involved in the legislative process.”
Ted, the son of Edward Stern and Ruth White, graduated this spring with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern Maine, where he majored in Political Science and minored in Economics. Ted intends to pursue a master’s degree in Public Policy.
