Washington, D.C. – U.S. Senator Susan Collins thanked Seth Main, a Belgrade native, for serving as a summer intern in her Augusta Constituent Service Center.  Seth is the son of Kevin Main and Stephani Sawyer-Main.

“Seth is an outstanding student and hard worker who always strives to assist those in need,” said Senator Collins.  “He is a leader in his community, and I was delighted to have him serve his fellow Mainers in my Augusta Constituent Service Center this summer.”

Seth is a rising junior at The University of Maine at Farmington where he studies political science and business economics with a minor in legal studies. At the University, he serves as Vice President of the Student Senate where he chairs the Student Rights and Affairs Committee.  After graduation, Seth plans to attend law school where he aspires to become a prosecutor or federal judge.
