SENATOR COLLINS MEETS WITH SHERIFFS FROM SAGADAHOC AND LINCOLN COUNTIES

WASHINGTON, D.C.—Senator Susan Collins was pleased to meet with Sagadahoc County Sheriff Mark Westrum and Lincoln County Sheriff Todd Brackett in her Washington, D.C. office.   Senator Collins discussed the importance of Head Start and educational child care programs with Westrum, Brackett, and Kim Gore, representing the group “Fight Crime: Invest in Kids.”   The sheriffs are members of Fight Crime: Invest in Kids Maine, a bipartisan anti-crime organization of 76 police chiefs, sheriffs, district attorneys and violence survivors.   (Pictured left to right: Karen Stram of Dresden, Sheriff Todd Brackett, Senator Collins, Sheriff Mark Westrum, and Kim Gore)
