Auburn, ME - At a retirement ceremony for Auburn Police Chief Phil Crowell, Jr., U.S. Senator Susan Collins delivered remarks congratulating him on his 25 years of distinguished service in law enforcement. Senator Collins also presented Chief Crowell with a flag that was flown over the U.S. Capitol. Chief Crowell was recently appointed to be Auburn’s new Assistant City Manager.

Washington, D.C. — U.S. Senators Susan Collins and Angus King announced today that the Maine Office of the Attorney General will receive a total of $14,098,282 from the U.S. Department of Justice to fund local victim assistance programs and to help compensate victims for crime-related losses.
