Collins, Duckworth, Tester Introduce Bipartisan Bill to Reduce Veterans’ Health Care Costs & Protect Access to Health Care During COVID-19 Pandemic

Washington, D.C. — U.S. Senators Susan Collins (R-ME), Tammy Duckworth (D-IL), and Jon Tester (D-MT) introduced bipartisan legislation to reduce health care costs and ensure parity for veterans impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The No Coronavirus Copays for Veterans Act would ensure that veterans who receive health care from the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) are not liable for out-of-pocket costs for qualifying COVID-19 preventive services, including an eventual COVID-19 vaccine.

Collins Joins Bipartisan Group in Introducing Bill to Enhance Medical Partnerships with Israel, Lessen U.S. Dependence on China

Washington, D.C. – U.S. Senator Susan Collins (R-ME) joined a bipartisan group of Senators in introducing legislation to enhance partnerships between companies in the U.S. and Israel to develop innovative medical projects aimed at detecting, treating, and curing COVID-19.
