Senators Collins, King Celebrate Passage of Wreaths Across America Day Resolution

WASHINGTON, D.C. – This week, the Senate unanimously passed a resolution introduced by U.S. Senators Collins and Angus King designating Saturday, December 13, 2025, as “Wreaths Across America Day.” The annual event honors our nation’s fallen heroes with commemorative Maine-made balsam wreaths laid by millions of volunteers across the globe, including by a convoy that travels from Maine to Arlington National Cemetery in Virginia.

“This annual tradition unites so many Americans to honor our heroes by laying wreaths at locations across the country,” said Senators Collins and King. “We are proud to recognize this important day and the steadfast support of those who help honor the legacies of our servicemembers.”

Wreaths Across America coordinates wreath-laying ceremonies at more than 4,200 locations across the United States and abroad. Each wreath is crafted in Maine.

The general public can register to participate in Wreaths Across America at Arlington National Cemetery at 12:00 p.m. on December 13th here.
